The time limit to request an exchange is 3 days from the date the product is received.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, free of stains, damage, perfume odors, or signs of wear, and must have its original tag attached.
The exchange request will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are not offered.
Each item may be exchanged only once.
